Tiny Mites Music are a children’s learning and entertainment company using their own custom songs to help educate and teach children. The company aims to be able to work at a range of different locations such as schools, homes, nurseries and theatres to be able to accommodate for events such as birthdays, lessons and productions that will help keep children entertained.

The challenge
Tiny Mites Music had an existing website which lacked any key information and also looked old and outdated making their online platform not suitable to attract new customers. The website needed to be updated and given new life to help the business grow and attract a wider audience.
The user
Tiny Mites Focuses on teach children between the ages of 0-7. Whilst children will be the ones receiving the companies services, the users I needed to focus on were parents and nurseries where those caring for the children will be looking to book sessions and services with Tiny Mites.
Tiny Mites also wanted to have a slight focus to attract new potential people who would be interested in becoming a franchisee. This was something I would also need to take into consideration and a topic to include within the website.
The outcome
With the main focus being parents and schools looking after and caring for children, the website needed to showcase Tiny Mites as a company for children which can be trusted in caring and looking after children as well as educating them.
To showcase trust, the use of reviews scattered across the site and having videos showcasing the different services allows potential customers to view the type of service they will receive and see how Tiny Mites work at different types of events.
To help promote Tiny Mites Music as a company for children, I used bright primary colours (blue, yellow & red) to associate with the standard colours we are taught as children. Whilst the colours can help provide a more childlike experience, the content and information needed to provide a clear understanding to parents and schools in understanding how Tiny Mites can help benefit them and their children with music and education.
